Category X Airport: Participated in the design of an integrated Access Control System (including biometrics), CCTV Surveillance System, Digital Video Recording System, Intrusion Detection System, Central Command Station, and the Telecommunications System (wired and wireless) for the airport including all terminals, hangers, runways, parking facilities, administrative facilities and towers. The project also included technology research, RFP creation, vendor evaluations, engineering construction oversight services and system testing.
Category X Airport: Evaluated the Continuity of Operations Plan (COOP) and prepared three emergency response exercises. This consisted of both table top exercises and a full evacuation and establishment of operations at the emergency relocation site.
Category X Airports: Assisted with conducting perimeter security assessments at 4 international airports.
Category X Airport: Responsible for on-call emergency security consulting services for this airport.
Category X Airport: Responsible for designing security systems for a new State Police barracks for the Airport. This includes sighting, design, bid document development and construction administration services.
Category X Airport: Conducted a Suicide Bomber Prevention Course and Counter Surveillance Course for senior operating executives.
Level IV Biosafety Lab - Conducted a risk and vulnerability assessment for the design of a National Emerging Infectious Diseases Laboratory (Level 4 Biosafety Lab). This building is part of a program of research facilities designed to assist the country in addressing the risk of infectious diseases to the public including those that may be associated with a bioterrorism attack. We conducted a vulnerability assessment related to the operations of the lab utilizing the TSG Solutions 6-Step Methodology. We also developed a detailed, multi-phased construction security plan for the project.
Fortune 500 Biotech Firm - Conducted a three-part project for this firm: 1) We developed detailed design and technical specifications for an access control, CCTV camera system, alarm system, digital video recording system, video analytics software, access gates, system integration, and system telecommunication. The project included vendor bid analysis, vendor selection, project management and system testing and acceptance. 2) We developed detailed security, emergency response and general operating procedures for the security department. 3) Finally, we conducted Workplace Violence Prevention Training for Senior Human Resources personnel.
Public Biotech Firm - Conducted a risk assessment utilizing the TSG Solutions 6-Step Vulnerability Assessment Process for this firm’s Corporate Headquarters, labs, administrative, Research & Development, manufacturing and remote locations. A multi-year security business plan was developed to include plans for physical, electronic and IT security convergence.
Large Casino - Conducted a Terrorism Risk Assessment including and operational analysis, asset criticality analysis, terrorist threat analysis and risk analysis. The project included the development of a customized counter terrorism training program for all front line personnel.
Large Casino - Conducted a security system design project which included the development of detailed security plans and specifications for an integrated surveillance system and command center.
Massachusetts Department of Higher Education - Prepared a report entitled, “Campus Violence Prevention and Response: Best Practices for Massachusetts Higher Education” for the Massachusetts Department of Higher Education. This consisted of 1) defining the nature and scope of violence on campus both nationally and within public colleges in Massachusetts; 2) studying national best practices for violence prevention; 3) examining the current state of security and violence prevention at the state public institutions; 4) developing recommendations; and 5) presenting the findings of the report at the Department’s Annual Security and Safety Symposium.
Ivy League University - Conducted a risk assessment plan review and quantitatively assessed asset criticality and vulnerability across the campus. We then developed Immediate Emergency Response Procedures and Security Operations Procedures to be used at the University.
Major Private Metropolitan College - Prepared a security master plan for integrated electronic security systems and physical security systems. This included inventorying and evaluating the existing conditions of access control, CCTV systems, security monitoring services, lighting, emergency call stations, gates, keys and barriers. We developed a security master plan including a detailed scope of work and budget to upgrade and integrate campus-wide security systems and programs.
Major State University - Prepared a security master plan for security systems, central monitoring station, police response, security response and security policies and procedures. This included campus-wide deployment of access control, CCTV, alarms, keys, lighting, and emergency duress. A campus-wide telecommunications plan was also developed. All recommendations included implementation phases and budgets. The result was a multi-year security master plan with annual capital and operating budgets.
Public School System - As part of a town-wide risk assessment, we conducted a school risk assessment for the system’s elementary schools, middle school and high school, utilizing our 6-Step Risk Assessment Methodology. We assessed current security systems; policies and procedures; telecommunications; emergency response plans and overall preparedness. Threats evaluated included school shootings, violence, theft, vandalism, kidnapping, bullying, gang activity, weapons at school, drugs and alcohol. Our team developed a multi-year security business plan for each school and an overall school department security plan. All recommendations included cost estimates and suggested implementation timelines.
Major State University – Working together with an architect, we assisted with the development and implementation of this important campus-wide security and public safety master plan project. The scope of services included security master planning, security system design, vendor selection, and law enforcement command center design. We developed a multi-year implementation plan that was in conjunction with the campus master development plan.
Major State University Residence Halls - Provided designer services to oversee and administer the feasibility study, design, bidding and installation of a new card access security system in 41 residence halls. Services were divided into two phases, with the first phase extending through the completion of design development documents and the second phase including the completion of construction documents, bidding, construction administration and project closeout.
Confidential Federal Client - The project is to address the development of the specific requirements of the Division of Emergency Preparedness & Coordination as they relate to the Physical Access Control System (PACS) currently installed at this department. The scope of this project will be limited to documenting DEPC's requirements for the PACS during Red Alert Critical scenarios.
Classified Client - Provided services for the Security Implementation Program for the General Headquarters of a GCC Country. The project included multiple deliverables in support of a DoD operation in the gulf region. Work included the following:

Global Financial Services Firm - Conducted a security system design project which included the development of detailed security plans and specifications for a global access control system, security alarm system and central monitoring system for all major facilities.
Global Financial Services Firm – World Leader in Intuitional Investing – We prepared and presented a customized Suicide Bomber Prevention Course and Counter Surveillance Course for security personnel in Massachusetts, New York, California, New Jersey, London and Melbourne.
Global Money Management Firm - Developed a security master plan for the firm including multi-year plans for upgrading access control, CCTV and telecommunication systems. The project included preparation of bid documents, evaluation of proposals, construction period services and final system acceptance testing.
Major Metropolitan Hospital - Conducted a vulnerability/risk assessment for the Stem Cell Research Facilities utilizing our 6-Step VA Process. This included a detailed evaluation of the operations, critical assets, threats, and existing countermeasures. Recommendations included an estimated cost, cost-benefit analysis and multi-year implementation plan for enterprise wide physical, electronic and IT security systems.
Major Metropolitan Hospital - Developed a security master plan for the hospital including multi-year plans for upgrading access control, CCTV and command center systems. The project included preparation of bid documents, evaluation of proposals, construction period services and final system acceptance testing.
Major Metropolitan Hospital - Developed a policy and procedure philosophy which included an update of emergency response plans; security policies and procedures; and post orders. We also developed a training plan and matrix and a periodic update plan to ensure policies and procedures remain up-to-date and accurate.
Major Hospital Network - Conducted Counter Terrorism, Suicide Bomber Prevention, and Conversational Questioning training for security managers and staff.
World Wide Retail Manufacturer with Stores in Over 80 Countries - We conducted a three part project for this firm:
- Developed detailed design and technical specification for an access control, CCTV camera system, alarm system, digital video recording system, system integration, and system telecommunication. The project includes vendor bid analysis, vendor selection, project management and system testing and acceptance.
- Developed detailed security, emergency response and general operating procedures for the security department.
- Conducted Workplace Violence Prevention Training for senior management personnel.
Multiple Facilities - We have assisted several chemical facilities with the DHS Chemical Facility Anti-Terrorism Standards (CFATS). This includes process compliance and planning services, Top Screen review, Security Vulnerability Assessment (SVA) development, and Site Security Plan (SSP) development.
LNG Facility - Conducted a security system study for a proposed Liquid National Gas (LNG) facility including access control, CCTV, alarm, security operations center, networking, doors, locks, gates and policies for an LNG facility.
Public Utility - Conducted a risk assessment for the Utility’s water reservoirs, water treatment plant, water distribution system, wastewater treatment plant, wastewater distribution system, and public power distribution system. Our 6-Step Methodology was utilized. Additionally, we created emergency operation procedures, security policies and procedures, security system design, and a security awareness program for the Utility. We also wrote grant proposals that resulted in $200,000 of awards for security projects.
LNG Facility - Conducted a vulnerability / risk assessment utilizing our 6-Step Risk Assessment Process. The assessment included operational analysis, asset critically analysis, threat analysis, blast analysis, countermeasure effectiveness assessment and risk analysis. The result was a multi-year security business plan to include a cost-benefit analysis and detailed implementation timeline.
Power Plant - Conducted a vulnerability / risk assessment for the Power Plant. We then designed a multi-million-dollar integrated Security Systems and Operation Center for the system to include access control, intrusion detection, CCTV, and a Security Operations Center.
